Delivery and shipping

 

UK Delivery:

  • All designs advertised on our Online store and Social media pages are already available in our London warehouse and therefore delivered on the same day (working day), if ordered before 1pm.
  • We use Royal Mail or My Hermes for UK deliveries.
  • Goods must be signed for upon delivery.
  • Collections can be arranged from London.

 

Worldwide Delivery:

  • For all deliveries outside of the UK, the processing time is 24hours.
  • Most items will be delivered from the UK; however, some overseas deliveries work out to be cheaper for our clients and therefore may be delivered from our Pakistan Warehouse.
  • We use DHL for all international deliveries as it’s the most reliable one and gets to our clients much quicker than other cheaper options.

 

TERMS & RETURN POLICY

  • We try our best to describe the item as it is. However, due to digital image capture effects, there is a slight possibility that colours and texture may look different. Please ask any questions before placing the order if you have any doubt.
  • Before placing an order please check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
  • In the event of a non-delivery, on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), the customer will be liable for any extra cost/re-delivery charges.
  • International Duties & Taxes:You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and it is advisable that you contact your local customs office for any further information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

In case of returns you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, so that we can start processing your return for refund or exchange.

 

For the items with a defect, we accept returns, however please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Unfortunately due to their delicate nature we cannot offer returns on any used, worn or scented cloths/dresses. All returns for whatever reason are only accepted within 7 days of sale only.

 

If you ordered a “Made to measure” or requested any alternations on the “ready to wears”, you will not be eligible for exchange or return. This is purely because we will not be able to resell a made to measure dress to anyone else.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make every attempt to resolve the issue. However, if you choose to return the item, we will refund your purchase in full, excluding postage(s) as soon as the item reaches back to us.
